That said, it really depends on the complexity of the project and preparedness of the client. If it’s a clear, simple project, and the client already has the required content, then we can whip out websites in as little as one week. If the project is more complex or we need to help you with copy, imagery, video and/or very specific custom features, then the process might take longer. Regardless, you’ll be kept in the loop every step of the way!

Pricing for design projects spreads across a wide spectrum, depending on specific needs. A simple website might cost under $1k, while a full design package and detailed content strategy will cost multiple times that. Regardless, it all starts with a FREE consultation to help us craft an estimate. For general updates and maintenance, follow-up tasks or work outside the original project scope, we bill in half hour increments. 

While it’s certainly helpful when our clients come to us with their copy and graphic content all ready to go, we’re also happy to work with you to get your content ready for prime time. This might mean massaging your messaging or even editing photos and videos. We’re here to help!

We’re happy to work with you in a variety of ways! Whichever path you take, we continue to provide follow-up support as needed, billable in half hour segments.

• If you already have a domain or hosting package, then that’s great, we’d just connect it to the new website.
• If you don’t have a domain or hosting, and have no idea where to start with that, we’ll happily guide you through the process.
• With our premium service, we can even host you on our 100% uptime servers and manage all that stuff for you.

As part of our initial consultation, we’ll review your current web presence as well as any important digital assets that you might already have, such as mailing lists and social accounts. From WordPress to Squarespace, we work with a variety of web design and platforms. Sometimes we can repurpose what you already have, and sometimes it’s better to get a fresh start!

YES! We don’t hold our clients hostage to confusing services or complex backends. The good news is that these days it’s more simple than ever to update your own website, and we build each site with that in mind. Of course, if you’re looking for us to manage the updates for you, we’re happy to arrange that as well.

A few final things to keep in mind:

• For shorter projects we invoice 1/2 up front and 1/2 upon completion. With longer projects we can spread it into thirds or attach payment to milestones we decide on together.
• Yes, we’re happy to sign an NDA to protect your awesome idea!
• Can we make you first on Google? Well, no, but we CAN make your site supremely SEO compatible and work with you towards being #1.
